Took my sons to the zoo over the weekend and listened to HearPlanet on our iPad during the drive over. We heard the featured content which gave us an exciting overview for our journey. My sons were engaged throughout the segment and couldnt wait to try out some of the recommendations that we heard. What a cool freakin idea! Nice work HearPlanet.

Listening to location stories is my favorite way to discover a new place. And, recording audio markers as we go creates a nice rapport with people at places we like along the way. I like searching for a place on Hear Planet, and listening even after we get beyond the range of the mobile network. Great update!

Great new iPad format! Great features, including offline content, ability to include/exclude publishers and a map interface the lets you recenter and search different areas. Keeping up the great work!

The "near me" finds things across the country. Addresses are not included. It seems the featured items just keep coming up regardless of what you ask for. I have just downloaded and installed this app, but so fat it seems almost useless.
